alot:) I wanted to say that before I worked out I took my measurements.

When I started Ended

Hips: 40 1/2 " Hips: 40 "

Thighs: 22 " Thighs: 21 1/2 "

Waist: 33 1/4 " Waist: 32 1/2 "

Bicep: 11 1/2 " Bicep: 11 1/8 "

Calf: 14 1/2 " Calf: between 14 1/8 "

Breast: 37 1/2 " Breast: 36 "

So I guess I have lost some. I know that in the first week I gained

6lbs. and in the last week and a half I have lost that and I am right

where I was when I started:) So I am so happy. The other day I was

able to fit into an old pair of jeans that I haven't been able to wear

since I was 10 weeks pregnant!!

That was August 98'!! So I must be on the right track. Thanks again

I understand. I enjoyed nursing until he got a tooth, and started

biting! He got his first tooth early, and decided he liked to bite.

Amy, your message made my day. Hard work and perseverance does pay

off! I think you just gave us all a little incentive to stick with our

21DC's. Thanks.

I think we should wait about a week for our bodies to recover from the

21dc, and THEN weigh/measure. I may be mistaken, but I think after

taking a couple days off, our bodies might change a bit.

Well Mine didn't until I started taebo. And as a matter of fact it still

hasn't went back to its original size!! But I am losing, so that's great. I

want to be smaller again, to where I can wear all of the frilly and pretty

bras:)

LOL...Amy, for the better! I think we've all seen how our bodies have

delayed responses to change...except for Susi!!! (9 pounds :::shaking

head::: that's awesome!)

Ha Ha... I haven't nursed ( no kids) so this IS my original size. My bust is

a good 10-11 inches larger than my waist.... (which is still slimming). I'm

gonna topple over.
