King - I am a biiggg junk food eater which is why eating healthy is verrry

hard for me - but i'm doing okay. Keep up the good work !! Pam

Thanks !! I am almost done with the water! 12 more ounces!! Is it just

me or is this water thing really not that hard? It seems overwhelming, but

once you do it, it doesn't seem like a whole lot...

I sweat(ed)? more today than usual also! Maybe it is all the water! We are

flushing out all of the fat! Yay!!

LOL!! Me too. I still felt guilty about throwing away half of the burger, but

what was the alternative? It's not like I can mail it to starving people in

China! May as well let some rat eat it in the dumpster! Hey, I did a good

deed! I fed a rat!! LOL!!

That's a great brag!!! You took what could have been a potentially

damaging situation and turned it around into a healthy choice and

that's what it's all about. It's unrealistic for most of us to think

we'll never eat out at BK or Mc's, etc....but you just showed us

that there are alternatives to eating the wrong things! You listened to

your body and quit eating when you were full.

Yay !!!! Now get going on that water....lol

That's a very big brag, ! Way to go! I am impressed! I don't know if

I could have done that myself because I love fast food. Give yourself a pat
