Congrats on your engagement! and welcome. We want all the details of your

engagement. How exciting!!!!! I'm getting married in MAy and having NADA

planned.

I don't think 25lbs in 6 months is too much to ask for, but it wont be easy.

Get on the bandwagon. Just picture yourself on your wedding day...all gorgeous

and get that tape in the VCR!!!!!

Hi Robin-First of all, congrats on your engagement. Keep us updated on

your plans.

I personally don't think 25-30 lb. weight loss in 6 months is being

unrealistic. 4-6 lbs a month is an acceptable range.

You'll definitely have a bunch of us supporting you. ;-D

Welcome (or welcome back?) Robin. Don't sweat too much about the

holidays. As you can tell from reading our posts, quite a few of us

took a few steps backwards then. That's the beauty of the 21DC's at

this time. I am doing the 21-day healthy eating challenge (for me, this

means no food after dinner; no alcohol except on sat. and sun.). You're

welcome to join me anytime or join the others on the Taebo challenge.

Elena
