I was struggling, when I read your post, with the desires to offer you support, advice, etc. ... struggling with that revealed that I held the belief that you needed those things from me, and of course you don't. So I just offer you my love ... reveal my desire that I want you to be okay and to take good care of yourself. I resonated with what you said about " I should heal myself, " and I ask you to consider the following if you want to: The doctor suggests a certain course of treatment...
