Guest guest Posted July 28, 2010 Report Share Posted July 28, 2010 grrr. I need to vent somewhere. I'm hating AIM " central california alliance for health " right now. Spent HOURS for WEEKS preparing all my forms to their guidelines, scanning them, copying them and translating them into spanish, spent money sending certified mail all my documents to them, getting told to re-edit them, send them again, etc. Then today I get an email from the lady in charge saying 'sorry, we are changing the process of approval and it could take several more months before we know all the new requirements and we are no longer approving applications.' Then I ask for the address to send my superbills/claims to in the meantime and she says basically " no " to my request with the explanation that they don't reimburse for unapproved providers. hate them so much right now! what a waste of my time! I feel discouraged to ever try to become a provider for any insurance company again, they just suck time and money but don't care about babies who (right now) need to suck mom's milk :-/ Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
