You're right about our bodies needing rest or a lighter day and yesterday was

definitely one of those days for me! I will join you and do AL5 on Saturday.

Are you planning to do Al5 every Saturday or do you change the day each

week?

Elena - I didn't feel like a winner! LOL! I know everyone has " off " days and

I had one yesterday. The good news is that the off days don't last forever!

Gotta get back on the horse and try it again! :-)

, I am shotting for Saturdays but I am flexible. My schedule is a little

weird with us moving in less than a month :-)

Who might have to go without TV, VCR and computer for 10 days and is very

NERVOUS!!!!!

makes a very good point (as usual). AL5 is a tough tape that

requires a ton of energy (even more so for me because I try to

combine it with a basic tape for the cardio). We can't guarantee

that we'll have that energy on Wed. every week. I like the idea of

doing the same tape as everyone else on a certain day so we can whine

and complain about it together, but it might not be a realistic

expectation. Committing to doing AL5 once a week is something to be

proud of even if you can't guarantee it will be on a Wed. Thanks to

's advice, I'll probably be easier on myself and pick a day of

the week to do AL5 when I have the most time and energy.

Hey, don't feel bad about not doing the whole workout! You did what

you could and you should be proud of what you DID do! I dread this

particular workout and I think it requires a lot of mental energy as

well as physical energy to get through it! So, if you are having a

low energy day to begin with.....it's gonna be especially difficult!

You can do the workout any day of the week that you like...so if

doing it on the weekend would work better for you, then please do it

then :) I am glad you are hanging in there! You are right...next

week is another week and hopefully, it will be a better workout :)

a part of it, I would like to switch to Tue/Thur which are my days off and

would work tons better for me then Wednesday..Maybe it should be a weekly

challenge then versus a particular day..Or is that what it already is? Sorry

Who needs to call Customer Service again, cuz the tapes I rush ordered almost

2wks ago are not here yet, oh no, not this problem AGAIN!!!

Yeah, it's really a weekly challenge....so do it whenever it's best

for you! A few of us are doing it on Wednesday's so we can whine and

cry about it together....LOL!

I did mine last night. And although it has been a while, I'm still moving!!!!!
