Guest guest
Hi Vornan, I want to immediately report some effect I experience, which seems real from taking Tribulus terrestris, just by itself, This Puncture Vine that became known through this Bulgarian Olympic weight lifter, apparently, 20 years ago, seems to stimulate LH production, that in turn stimulates the Leydig cell of the testis to produce testosterone. Apparently the effects are expected more in middle-aged plus men (like myself) with decreasing testosterone levels to bring them back up a bit. I started 1 week ago with 1 dose, but increased it 3 days ago to double dosage (may go to triple, consult you bugger, sorry doctor, it says- Duh! I noted an effect yesterday morning and today in awakening libido, enough to become interested in ejaculation. It is much better than the Levitra, that I last took a week ago, which largely gives you a red head and (numb) tumescence (although this might still also have some effect, even after a week!). Incidentally, it does fit with the reports of lower sperm production in PSSD, as this is also testosterone regulated. I prefer a stimulation earlier in a bio-chemical chain, say I'd prefer this over testosterone supplementation, as this may have other effects as well. Also I prefer herbal remedies, as these may have a wider range of (buffered) effects compared to single synthetic components. I should not have any effect after such a short period, but then, I do, which only indicates to me that it is unlikely to be a placebo effect, because I did NOT expect it so soon. I'll report in a few days whether I can confirm this. Tribulis terrestris www.hwize.com Extract standardised to 40% saponins Each capsule contains 6.25 grams of fruit and root powder
Guest guest
Thanks Z.! Todays was a third ok(-ish) morning. Guest guest
Vornan, a few further remarks: (1) TEST. I had blood tests (testosterone, growth hormone marker) before, with the plan of having them after some time again, which I will try to do. (2) PSYCHOLOGY. Interestingly, now it feels like the psychological effect is still there (which i never used to have, no need!), but the physical effect is being mended to a degree. I honestly don't beleive in only psychological effect. when it started i didn't, now this is confirmed! (3) EFFECT. Tactile stimulation is still a bit more important than it used to be, but significantly to me, there is a clear even non-arousal related libido: interest and fantasy > > > > > > > > Hi Vornan, I want to immediately report some effect I > experience, > > > which seems real from > > > > taking Tribulus terrestris, just by itself, This Puncture Vine > that > > > became known through > > > > this Bulgarian Olympic weight lifter, apparently, 20 years > ago, > > > seems to stimulate LH > > > > production, that in turn stimulates the Leydig cell of the > testis > > > to produce testosterone. > > > > Apparently the effects are expected more in middle-aged plus > men > > > (like myself) with > > > > decreasing testosterone levels to bring them back up a bit. Guest guest
Hi JR, Could you elaborate on the psychological effect. Why do you believe it more now? Guest guest
Hi Vornan, Because there is a bigger difference between masturbation and having sex. In the latter there is more performance anxiety. That's the only reason I think this. I addition to that, I also sense that this is just one component, and that both dopamine as well as noradrenaline should play a more important role. However, the primary function is there (to an extent) through the testosterone, and that is the main thing in a relationship. The reason I think the dopamine/noradrenaline aspect could use further activation, is because of the socio-sexual aspects: sexual flirting, getting aroused by people you may not even know whilst flirting. This is still low too, and there is no peformance anxiety under those circumstances. This component of sex life includes in my idea considerable exitement also with your partner, and this exitement contributes significantly to arousal, it has a stronger psychological component than the testosterone and realtes more to circumstances, perhaps fatansy, use of toys as some people do, role play and stuff. Just my idea. I still want to try Wellbutrin (+clomid) at some point, if I can get my hands on it, e.g. by pretending I am a heavy smoker and want to quit - via internet - or on holiday outside Northern Europe/US over the counter. Or find out which herbal medicine does the same! (horny goat weed?) The dose I use of Tribulus terrestris is two pills. (2 x 625 mg) It says 1 pill, 2 0r 3x a day only in consultation with your doctor. One pill is about equal to the maximum dose that Holand and Barett recommend (3 x 250 mg). Again. It is not full recovery, but it definately without doubt does something for me. Guest guest
Further reporting. The effect is still a little bit there. Better than nothing. But is was only considerable the first week of the high dosage. Has gradually decreased day by day over the whole priod of two weeks that has passed now. > > > > > > > > > > > > > > Hi Vornan, I want to immediately report some effect I > > > > experience, > > > > > > which seems real from > > > > > > > taking Tribulus terrestris, just by itself, This Puncture > > Vine > > > > that > > > > > > became known through > > > > > > > this Bulgarian Olympic weight lifter, apparently, 20 years > > > > ago, > > > > > > seems to stimulate LH > > > > > > > production, that in turn stimulates the Leydig cell of the > > > > testis > > > > > > to produce testosterone. > > > > > > > Apparently the effects are expected more in middle-aged > > plus > > > > men > > > > > > (like myself) with > > > > > > > decreasing testosterone levels to bring them back up a > > bit.
