I am finally able to access it, but it took several tries on different days. I think I know/knew my password, but for some reason it stopped working. I tried to have them give me a new password, but the one they issued wouldn't work. I got frustrated and gave up for the day. A week or so later I tried again, with the same result. What I finally managed to make happen, is to have them show me a password on the screen (by answering the security question I had set years ago, about the name of my favorite restaurant), then writing it down (not copy and paste) and waiting about 20 minutes before trying to log in with it. When I tried right away, it wouldn't work, but somewhere in all the fine print I read to try again later if it didn't work immediately. Now, maybe the problems other people are having are different, but for me this is what worked. type in your yahoo ID click "get new password" click "display new password" (not email) answer security question write down new password try to sign in 20-30 min. later Good luck, I know how frustrating it can be to be unable to access the site.
