Not tried tyrosine but have tried phenylalinine which gives libido a gentle lift

and suppresses

the appetite - nothing dramatic

I was on Zoloft for a little over a year and now have been off of it for about a year. I am currently taking 500mg of Tyrosine and ArginMax. This has a Multi-Vitamin, plus Arginine, Ginseng Extract, American Ginseng, Ginkgo Biloba Extract. I have been doing this for about 30 days now. I am getting some success with this combination. I was able to get an erection for the first time while watching some porn yesterday. That was the first time since before taking Zoloft and without Viagra. I am encouraged!!! Hopefully, my recovery process has began!! Hope this helps!paul2858 wrote: >> Has anybody tried tyrosine or phenylalanine yet along with B6.
