Also, I know I didn't put the intensitiy in it like others did but I got through it standing and felt great. I compared the feeling to my first marathon back in the early 90's, I was waiting for my medal a the end of the workout. It has been a long time since I felt that totally high from a workout. I don't jog anymore and can honestly say I don't miss it but I do miss being able to workout at the intensity I see others around me working out and not have to rest for days after but I am proud to say that I do exercise daily, even if it is for a short time or sitting but I do it and I dare not think what would happen to me if I did not. Phyllis I really am getting wordy, I'll be back in lurk mode soon enough Don't go back into lurk mode yet! I wanted to ask how you are feeling after the two QVC workouts. Are your suffering any repercussions? I hope the pain isn't too bad. You are so impressive, Phyllis. You set such a great example. I am in awe of you. I'm new to this. you can read them on the web at www. first you register there unless you already have then go str8 to the group site eGroups : tae-bo_on and click messages or /messages/tae-bo_on you can then go web only (no email) if you prefer or you can switch to digest if you want 25 messages at a time in an email then it would be just one email to open a couple of times a day Barb who prefers individual emails cuz logs on often

Phyllis, You truly are a tae-bo hero! I understand how you weren't ready this time to tell your story, but maybe next time you will be Hey, who knows.....you didn't think you'd do the workouts in the first place and look how that turned out....LOL! Maybe next time, you'll actually be ready to share your story! If not, that's ok, too, cause just being a part of this group means you are sharing your story with us and I guarantee you that we are inspired! I just can't believe how dedicated you are and how strong your spirit is! You absolutely amaze me and your spirit was shining bright on Saturday! I hope you realize how special you are If you don't, we'll just have to keep telling you...LOL!

For those of you who don't know her, we met Niqui at the 10:00 a.m. QVC workout. She is the woman making all the funny poses in the pictures (I think especially in Phyllis' pictures). She is a riot. Glad to have you here, Niqui. Elena
