I would contact them and find out how long and what dosage to give a child and with the weight. I think that it even talks about tylenol overdose on their site. www.healthierlungs.com You could probably tests run to check glutathoine levels after some time with supplementation. Lynne I just wanted to tell you, that I'm just a mom. I'm not an MD or any kind of practitioner.
