Guest guest
God has nothing to do with the evil of vaccination. God is all about keeping crap out of our bodies.-- starting with the words, "eat no unclean thing." Guest guest
Like I told one of my coworkers the other day, " Don't get me started on the pride of man " because some people think they can improve our God-given immune system and profit at the same time. Guest guest
> What really gets my panties in a wad is when someone uses this term>>> > " God doesn't give us things we cannot handle... " > It's all in the interpretation. You can read this as " Buck up! You're only getting what's god thinks you deserve so quit whining " or it can be read merely as an attempt at encouragement of the faithful: you have a god-given strength to handle your situation no matter how bad it seems. Marx said religion is the opiate of the masses. Well, sometimes pain relievers are indicated, Karl.

Guest guest
Too late Debra, Karl Marx is dead. His philosophy is almost dead as well, except for Cuba and China, maybe. Guest guest
Knock it off, you guys! In case any of you have not noticed, some of the former "Soviet Republics" are free of the sledge and hammer, nowadays. However, I do not know where their heads are at with regards to ASD-related issues. I have not been following this thread very closely, but do think I need to research your positions before I can comment further. Guest guest
You're funny, Lenny. I'm glad God gave you such a dry sense of humor. It certainly helps me get through the rough spots. People need to relax. That loved/hated phrase is meant as encouragment, and one should be allowed to take it that way if they choose. If you don't find it supportive, then use one of the thousands of other sayings like " What doesn't kill us makes us stronger " , " Fall seven times, stand up eight " (Japanese proverb) or something like that.
