anyone tracking H1N1 vaccine vs outbreaks?

Just got to thinking last night and am wondering if anyone is tracking the following:

1)Did the first areas to get hard-hit with H1N1 "outbreaks" just happen to coincide with Flumist testing areas or areas where large quantities of it first arrived?

2) Similarly, are hardest-hit areas those in which a large % of the population is receiving FluMist or the vaccine in general?

I would be really curious to see the origination points for these fall outbreaks and how they spead like ripples in a pond to see if they can be tied to the vaccines...
