This summer I am tutoring a 16 year old non-verbal girl with ds-

autism. She sits in her room all day at home and has nothing to do.

Her mother would like her to have some social interations. Does anyone

have any suggestions of things she can get involved in? What can her

parents do to get her more involved socially, and to give her some

useful activities at home? I'm interested in your experiences.
