Hello everyone! Update on Liz DeSantis..

Hi everyone (especially those who I had the pleasure of meeting in Lititz, PA

earlier this month!)

My name is and I am Liz DeSantis' daughter and Tori's older sister. I

am 26 years old and reside in Mays Landing, NJ. I was told by my mom to join

the list and post every so often.

I figured I'd e-mail you all to let you know that mom's surgery went well. She

should be out of the hospital by Friday or Saturday. Hopefully once she's

recovered fully, she can live her normal life again. She has to take it one day

at a time and will probably have to stick with the strict diet for the rest of

her life to keep the pain away.

I am up at my mom's for the week helping my stepdad, Mike, take care of Tori.

She's been great so far *knock on wood* and hasn't " shut down " at all. She asks

about Mommy every so often and knows that she's in the hospital " getting her

belly fixed. " LOL...

It truly was a pleasure getting to meet everyone (Leah, Ashton, Louise, Andy,

, Margaret, Gareth, Jane, , etc;) at the picnic. I hope to see you

all again!

and everyone are doing. Give Liz our love and tell her we have been

thinking of her all week and sending prayers for her speedy recovery.

Thank you for the update on your Mom- so glad to hear that her surgery went

Landing! I do too! How funny that I had to drive 2 hours into PA to meet with
