Guest guest
Many prayers that you have a successful surgery and a quick recovery Liz. I just got home from the picnic last night and although the house is a disaster, everyone survived just fine without me. Looked to me like your crew will do just fine too! Gail :-) Well, everyone. Last night was a long one, I slept horribly. And today I get to prep for the surgery. YIPEE!!! I have already mixed that wonderful concoction that I have to drink (4 liters of the stuff-YUK!!!) and have to start my antibiotics at 1 p.m. As far as I know, I am to be in the hospital around 5:15 tomorrow a.m. and surgery is at 7. They are supposed to call me this afternoon to tell me. Fortunately, things worked out where our 2 older girls will be here to help with Tori. Kris is coming up today for the week, and will be here on and off (due to work) all week. I feel much relief knowing Tori will be ok...getting her meds on time, and the right dosage. I was just a basket case thinking Mike would have to handle it all-plus the strain of me being in the hospital. At least now, he can stay focused a bit more. His sister will be here next weekend from Md. to help me when I get home, at least for a week. Just pray the surgery goes without complications, and I heal really quick. I know I can count on you-my sisters (brother-Doug). Well, I am off to do 800 lbs. of laundry, and vacuum this place again. Thanks in advance for your support! I love you guys!!! Guest guest
Liz, With you in prayers during your surgery and recovering time. Glad your family came through to help out with Tori during your most important time as you must take care of yourself. Looking forward on an update WHEN you can. I hope this surgery will resolve many of your underlying medical issues. A virtual " Get well " teddy bear/flowers. Irma,17,DS/ASD
