NO! What the heck?

We were stationed with a couple years ago, the husband was named Forest Green.

Green being the last name. In his family, growing up, they had named both the

kids a " green " name, Green and Forest Green.

Sometimes I think people just don't realize what they are doing to their

children!

Yes, it is actor Lee's son. Pilot Inspektor Riesgraf-Lee. I always tell my

daughter than if she decides to have children one day think before she names the

kids. I told her to think of how the name will sound as a child/adult. She was

joking and said she wanted to name her child Bobbert.

My 3rd has major messed up knees...just took him to the doc yesterday...now

off to the ortho yet again. The kid has accidents practically every time

he skiis (probably has something to do with the fact that he only knows ONE

speed....FAST). His knees are painful and full of fluid...probably surgery in

the near future...and he's only TWENTY!!!!!!

Candy Kane, that's nice! Good Lord, do parents think that's cute? I thik

they forget the name is permanent! LOL!

Oldest rolled his ankle last night, the start of a long weekend. I was at the

ER until midnight. He's in a bionic looking leg splint and crutches for a week

then we follow up with the ortho. Let me just say, he's a total clutz on the

crutches and is probably going to kill himself with them in the next week.

Add to that the daughter getting over a massive bout of bronchitis and she's

hitting pre-teen hormones on top of that!

If one more person starts crying in this house, I think I may cry.

So now I have 3 that have " issues " . Thank goodness I have that handicap

placard!

Cruise's kid) marrying Moses (I forget which celeb just recently did this one)

No, I missed that Sherry but I would have loved to see it. I love Robin

! I saw him live YEARS ago, like 1985 I think! We had front row and he

completely interacted with us. So much fun!

I know what you mean Donna, kids today are washed up at 18 -24 years old!

Both of Emma's Gymnastics teachers are 18 and their careers are over due to

injuries. One had a full ride to school this next fall too. So sad. Our kids

are so sports driven, my husband and I worry about their little bodies.

the ONE I REMEMBER was a guy whose last name was Ware..........I stopped him,

and said " NO WAY!! " ....when I saw his FIRST name....I told him I would have to

SLAP my Mom for THAT one......His name was.........Silva Ware.

My husband just made me crack up remembering a squadron commander we had way

back. When he first met him he thought his name was just Lt Col Tom (Tom

being the last name - he went by Bob Tom) The guy was such a dufus, he said to

my husband when he first met him, " Welcome to my Squadron. " My husband was

like, " Gee thanks, I've been here a year and a half! " As more of his

personality unfolded, the joke became: " The man so nice they named him twice. "

Then when they found out his middle name, , the new saying was: " The man

so nice, they named him thrice! " Tom - ooh THAT was a leader -

Shiloh, will always remind me of the Neil Diamond song. We had friends that

had a dog named Shiloh.

Now as far as Ms. Spears goes, she IS prego with number 2. She's such a

freak, she just might go for the Dill, Pickle, or Arrowhead for that matter!

She's got some great parenting skills so far. Did you see the photo of her

rollin' down the street with her hair in curlers in her convertible mini cooper,

baby in the back - 7 mos old - hunched over facing frontwards!!!! I have half

a mind to go pay her a personal visit!
