Is this true?

FEMA and Homeland Security are requiring

local officials to provide them with all kinds

of detailed information about the communities.

One of the requirements apparently is localities

need to be prepared to provide mass inoculations

to the entire population in 48 hours or less.

These are the same people who didn't care

enough to drop food and water to the thousands

of people stranded in New Orleans for SIX DAYS

after the US Army Corps of Engineer levees

failed in New Orleans in 2005.
