Witnesses for Petitioners Are Often Tough to Find

The vaccine court can be a hostile place not only for petitioners but for their

expert witnesses too.

Is this the " no-fault " tort reform Congress envisioned when they westablished

the NVICP?

And isn't witness intimidation a Federal offense, punishable by prison time?
