Guest guest Posted December 10, 2005 Report Share Posted December 10, 2005 My son was diagnosed with Tourettes the same week Hannah was diagnosed with Autism. Our Holy Week turned into Holy Cow Week!!! Drew was 11 at the time tho we had seen signs since he was 3. I don't think being a premie has anything to do with it like the child you know. It is passed down genetically. Turns out that's what my husband had when he was little - but he had been hit by a car when he was 7 and everyone just chalked up the tics to that. Drew also has a cousin with it pretty bad, can't drive, has a hard time keeping a job. Thanks for your thoughts.
