Mic docs and service dog

I took Mic to doctors today and he needed shots well

by the time they looked in his ears eyes weight and

heart Mic had enough he was completely melting down< I

could not hold him down for shots so Dr K says to me

would you like to bring him back with Dad to get his

shots.UGH! I cant even handle him at the docs office

alone anymore.I asked him about Mic and eating he

doesnt think Mic will begin to eat,he says he will

change but he doubted no matter whether its force or

hunger not to get my hopes up. So I asked for a script

for a service dog and hes agreeable but wants some

documentation from the that the dog will benefit

him.He also said if the service dogs work by command

how is Mic going to interact with the dog.So any of

you that have dogs and its helping could you let me

know so I can show that yes Mic will benefit from the

dog.Mic is great with our mutt I think a service dog

would be a great deal of help and I also think Mic and

the dog can be taught to work together.Whats your
