I am in Schoharie County.We are considered upstate by

the down staters.Im not sure exactly where Dutchess

county is but I have heard of it many times.I think we

are the second poorest county in the state.Really I am

only about an hour from Abany.My plans are to move

into Albany county because the services are so much

better we just do not have the providers out here in

the woods.And it would take 3 hours out of their day

to come to us from Albany.I love Albany really

Colonie.My dh on the other hand just wants to be a

country boy but knows its best for Mic if we move.

Have you heard about the New York OPTS program? Its

been around for about 2 years now. We are writing a

proposal for Mic tomorrow. Im pretty sure we will get

the funding. The duel dx helps when your looking into

this stuff. Laurie
