New group for biomed/seizures/drugs

No such group existed so I just created one.

The name stands for " Autism, Seizures, Drugs, Environment " . I haven't

even written an introductory message yet because I'm in a huge hurry

today. If anyone wants to go and post news items there just to start

with, please feel free. I haven't turned on moderator yet, so I'm

hoping it won't turn into a spam fest by tonight before I can tweak

things. People should be able to just join but, alas, that's something

else I'll have to figure out.
