Isn't it common practice for one incoming President to replace all appointees with those of their own choosing? We need to be concerned who he will appoint in her place, given the post about his Attorney General pick of the attorney who represented Terri Schiavo's husband, and also his public comments about regretting supporting the bill to help Terri which was negated by the Supreme court's decision.
