Hi J,

Hope your trip goes well and your house stays gluten free. Are you traveling to

the New England area this year? I would like to meet with you again.

Hi All,

I haven't been writing in too often, but I read what

you all are writing. An additional protein tip: there

are protein powders and liquids that have little to no

taste if you get that desperate. He needs the protein

to grow. :)

A couple of happenings going on here:

i leave in the morning for the American Dietetic

Association Conference where I will present with Dr.

Rimmer from NCPAD.org and suck up CEUs at the same

time. It's been a long while since I've left home, so

I hope it goes without any gluten sneaking in there.

On the school front, Andy's teacher, with whom I was

having terrible philosophical wars, decided to

resign/retire when she did not get the backing from

the administration she wanted. This leaves us in limbo

as they despereately seek a new teacher for an

archaicly run classroom, but perhaps it will force

them to get the inclusive piece done. It's a good move

overall for kids--the district is making good

foundational changes, but these changse will be too

late for Andy.

Anyway, Donna & Beth will keep an eye on you all

while I am away. I'll check in but not too

frequently--you all talk too much. :P

Take care,

joan
