BUT, I can't imagine how anyone can move her from another state. The home prices are out of sight. We have made a great deal of money on our home but see no way of buying another home here; we would get less than what we have. No one is moving up, they're just taking out equity and fixing up their home. We're sitting tight because we're risk adverse and the gain is just on paper.
