When we picked him up fromt eh old center there was SUPOSED to be a letter with all the shot info on it (date, lot, administered by, ordered by ect). It wasn't there. I have called a few times every week since then for the letter with no avail. We are getting our lawyer involved due to their neglegence and they actually hurt my kiddo. Should I just send a certified letter through my lawyer requesting this info?? Also is it out of the ordinary to sue both the nurse who did it and the rtc?? (This nurse had done it before and she is STILL and employee of the RTC-What the ???) Just looking for advice And is finally making some slow progress he ahs some odd issues now but baby steps adn he started OT finally. .Thank Goodness the rtc is close and we can take him t apointments.
