Guest guest
Hi All, We just moved for the second time in 6 months, so I'm down to actually reading only a few emails a day. I happened to click on this one and couldn't agree more on the stroller issue! :} Little Josh is a runner and has escaped from our home three times in the last two weeks. I think we have him secure now, but are still working on it since he's likely to figure it all out soon. Long, long scarey story . . . On the stroller . . . a lifesaver for me too. Josh has always been perfectly content to lay down in the middle of an aisle anywhere we go (or the middle of the parking lot) so I was homebound until the local hospital told us where we could go to get one of those oversized strollers on loan. When we got there and they wanted to take a picture of Josh in his new chair, he wouldn't cooperate. They finally said " just take a picture of mom - look at THAT smile! " In reality they gave me my life back! I can't recommend them more highly. The magical stroller lets us go places we thought we would never see again. Medical appointments are easier if they can do the exam while he sits in his chair. (Please notice I said " easier " - it still takes four of us to hold him down.) Be sure to let us know when you get yours. I think both you and will love it! -- In , Jayne Hickey <jacksonsmom99@y...> wrote: > Consider it a rolling playpen. It has been a life saver though. 's neuro-ped told me she can get us a Maclaren Push chair and I think I'm ready to ask for it. We go tomorrow to see her! I had mixed feelings about getting it because it truly looks like a " handicapped " chair, if you will. I think I need to get over whatever feelings I'm having on that and just get it. > > And I don't know if I'm meeting anymore people running after , just flashing by them!
