Guest guest
Anyone familiar with Laurie Bergner's Victor Vito song? It is played on Noggin between shows alot! Well, loves this song and a mom recently burned me two of Lauries CD's. Victor Vito is one we all sing around here to quit often LOL. In the song in the chorus they echo what Laurie is singing.. Hey Victor..... (Hey Victor) Hey Freddie.... (Hey Freddie) Let's eat some.... (Let's eat some) Spaghetti (Spaghetti) Ok.. that is the first part of the echo.. anyway.. I thought i would sing by myself with without my echoing girls LOL and see what he did for the echo parts. I have told you all he can make some sounds, no words but sounds when singing a Dora song so I wanted to see what he did in the appropriate echo parts... HE BLINKS FOR THEM!!!! LMAAAAOOOO!!!!! No words just blinking! Ok... has ALWAYS talked with his eyes... not many know this. He also grimaces alot.. always has. So, he tends to have alot of facial tics from time to time. So when I sang my part... HEY VICTOR... he would blink repeatedly his part then stop blinking... HEY FREDDIE... again... fast blinking then stop... LETS EAT SOME.... insert blinking.... SPAGHETTI ... blinking again!!! So.. I tell .. watch blink his part.. and he did it again... we thought it was funny. Now I REALLY need some decoder ring for the blinking!!!! LMAO I know some disabilties this IS The way they communicate.. but I don't know if this is how I want to communicate with my son just yet.. but nice to know he is doing something! **I was doing this again this AM with and and I noticed.. he does blinks THREE times , each time appropriately. I THINK it's for the syllables like he does when he make sounds with his mouth. HEY VICTOR, ect.. is 3 syllables so then on his turn he blinks 3 times. Kinda smart I think! A.
