Guest guest
I found a website that had a big picture of the maclaren major push chair and it looks far less " handicapped " than the one I saw in the Dr.'s office. Of course the one in the Dr.s office had alot of supports and things in it. If you just go with the basic stroller, looks like a big umbrella stroller. My Bad, as my 13 year old says! LOL Hmmm, which stroller to get? the Maclaren which my insurance will pay for or the jogging stroller that I have to pay for? I've gotten so used to having the jogging stroller but I could probably get used to the umbrella one, especially since I don't have to pay for it!!! I better get something though and soon before he busts out of the current one. thanks guys, Jayne ne Pedlikin wrote: My husband had a real problem with the Maclaren stroller too, till we bought one. Boy did he change his tune. Now we would not go on vacation or anywhere that involves a long time on your feet without it. It really is a safe place for Ethan. HI a, This cracked me up - a rolling playpen! has been in an INSTEP jogging stroller for the last few years but it's on it's last leg and he's getting too big. It has been a life saver though. 's neuro-ped told me she can get us a Maclaren Push chair and I think I'm ready to ask for it. We go tomorrow to see her! I had mixed feelings about getting it because it truly looks like a " handicapped " chair, if you will. I think I need to get over whatever feelings I'm having on that and just get it. And I don't know if I'm meeting anymore people running after , just flashing by them! LOL! Take care, Jayne kpblackmail@... wrote: Hi Ladies, I know about the stop, drop and flop stuff. Do you know that there are strollers for bigger kids? I'm probably telling you something you already know. But just in case, we have a Consider it a rolling playpen. Looks like big stroller fits a kid to 100 lbs. or so. Bought it online. Love it. Bought it with our state's Family funds. Also gets me a disabled parking pass. Consider it a rolling playpen. Guest guest
Where? I'll have to talk to the hubby tonight to see which he wants to go with. Not that it should really matter that much to him, since I'm the one who's usually gotta go somewhere with Jack-Jack. Thanks Liz.
