The middle school principal has issue with inclusion and is very strong willed and difficult. I met this am with the district sped dept.They are very supportive of my efforts and have had difficulty with this person regarding including all sped students in the middle school. I will be filing formal complaints against the school principal for failing to comply with an IEP. It's his career not mine. Did you ever hear of due process with school staff testifying against one of their own,LOL. I may also sue him personally under a 504.The buck stops with me. Charlyne Mom to Zeb 12 DS/OCD/ASD?
