Louise Mic mirror Its been below zero and we are practicing hat and mittens.Well Mr. Hotshot is walking around the house with them on really strutting.Dad asked Mic oh wow look at mic " Look in the mirror " and to our amazement Mic walked right up to the mirror and danced with hat and mittens on.He is so cute.I couldnt believe my eyes we did not know he had a clue.Dad said to Mic go get your bottle and he went to the kitchen and retrieved his bottle.What? I am so pleased to see this and shocked.He never responds to our requests and may not today but he did it yesterday and he does understand.We are 2 happy parents.I still think Mic does better at home then at school as far as learning I am just not confident with myself to home school.If the ABA does not work that may be our next option.I am amazed at all the little quirks our kids have are all so similar, like haircuts.Mic is in great need of.Our first meeting at Mics new school tomarrow night and I will bring his oral motor tools in and shock the teachers,he just does not show what he can do at school.Oh sweet progress.Mic seems to have misplaced the 3 words he had down with grunting but they will come back, I wonder if we ever get used to gaining and losing skills. Guest guest Posted January 19, 2005 Report Share Posted January 19, 2005 did u get a pic, that sounds sooo cute, it never seems to stop amazing me to waht nathan actually really does know or understand. even today, the stinker didn't hang his coat up and i couldn't find it, so i told him to look for his coat b4 his bus came, and he goes oh ok, and goes here it is--he had it under his bed of all places, and then i reminded him he is to hang it up on its hook he said sorry but i was amazed he actually found something of his for a change,lol shawna.
