Guest guest
hehe that's cute, what i would do is get a clear mask, they are a soft rubbery material this kind , and dip it in purple food dye maybe, it wont hurt it, and you know how food coloring stays on,lol especially if you make easter eggs, lol, then let it air dry, and it would be purple for awhile. They dont suggest soaking them in vineagar and water much anymore, a least not daily, our company told us to just wipe the mask down with a baby wipe or alcohol wipe everyday. I soak the tubing and mask every two weeks for about 20-30 minutes, dont leave in for hours it ruins them, lol found that out the hard way, lol. shawna
Guest guest
ive never ever have seen theme masks, they are exspensive enough without the child themes. One could stick stickers i suppose on it. it was hard to even find the right size of fitting mask, our kids have little faces with little noses, we had to use an infant mask for years, now he isin a petite one. shawna
Guest guest
<<Do you think they make masks in purple?? That's the only color that seems to work for Angel. LOL. we are having a holter monitor hooked up on her this morn and she'll only let the leads be put on if they are purple so we have to color them all ahead of time.>> Cheryl, I realize this too must present some problems but it is " really " funny. These kids are too much. still laughing. Sherry mom to jamie
Guest guest
Hi a, Thanks for the reply. I think it's worth a try to see if food coloring will work. I will have to ask children's hospital if other families have figured out ways to color the masks for their kids. I think it would just be awesome to be able to find colored masks and specialty masks for kids, like power ranger masks, or barble masks, etc. this way a child could have some control in choosing a mask they like.
