Guest guest
Yesterday i went to the dietician to find out more about hydration and maintaining my weight. For my weight (54kg) and activity level (moderate) i need 2.4 litres of water a day. This can be in the form of water, cordial, herbal tea, juice. The Dietician said too much water can cause problems due to leaching of sodium from the body. I tried theophylline twice and ended up in hosp both times. I was fine for a few days then the headaches and nausea came and a few days later i vomitted and vomitted and became dehydrated. The first time I was on a normal dose and second time i went of a half dose. The effects of the drug seemed to creep up on me because i so badly wanted it to work (it made breathing so much better). jude
