Within each of us is the creative source for the work we are called to do as both artists and healers. Often, over time, we may become disconnected and isolated from aspects of this source, the original wellspring that personally fueled and inspired us to create, as well as, touch the lives of others in meaningful ways. The struggle to honor the artist within is often neglected as we move through our healing work, and do not take the time to remind ourselves from whence this great impulse and passion to activate imagination originated, ultimately bringing us more directly into a synergistic relationship between ourselves and others.

In this first workshop of our Wellspring Workshops, we will begin with an inward journey home, to the original sources of inspiration we once knew, but may have forgotten or put aside over the years. With open hearts and minds, we will discover renewal through the honoring of these memories, thus stirring our own spirits so we can find greater meaning in the work we do. The workshop is an experiential immersion in painting, writing, and drama, with ample time for reflection and discussion.
