Proposals for Art Therapy Programs

I am the Patient Advocate at two hospitals in XXX. I would like to present a

business proposal to our administration for an art therapy program aimed at

various population groups within our patient census. It appears that this

project has a favorable ear right now in administration so the timing is right.

If this is a success here, I anticipate that the other 11 hospitals in our

system will then be very interested in bringing this project to their campuses.

My questions are:

Do you have any sample proposals that have been successfully submitted at other

hospitals that I could use as a guide to writing this proposal?

Do you have any research data from other hospitals of the positive affect on

patient satisfaction scores that I could use as an argument for the acceptance

of this proposal?

Do you have any cost figures and return on investment figures that would be

applicable to this proposal?

Do you have any other advice?
