Yes, I think she'll have to watch the frickin/freakin' in the future,

but I had to LOL because I think anytime Offit's name is

mentioned-- it makes all of us frickin' mad! So it was fitting that

she used those words in response to the interviewer reading Offit's

information... there is " real science " that is " compelling " ... Offit

just doesn't want to have any of it acknowledged! :-)

Great job !!!!!!! Keep up the fight!!!!!!

Go !! She says frickin' twice. I probably would too, but not sure how it would be taken with CNN audience. She also talks about Evan's recovery and instead CNN uses the word "cure". This is a purposefull campaign to change her wording. She's really not taking any prisoners in this media tour, lots of strong statements.

Quotations are a function of literature and poetry. Their discussion

would be a bit off-topic to the purpose of this list. (Less off-topic

would be quotations employed as political slogans relevant to our

purpose.)

Having said that, I offer this comment on your quotations.

~All truth passes through three stages. First, it is ridiculed.

Second, it is violently opposed. Third, it is accepted as being

self-evident.  -- Arthur Schopenhauer

This follows closely to Kubler-Ross' stages of grief: denial, anger,

bargaining, depression, and acceptance. What loss is grieved with the

accepting of the truth? The loss of convenient ignorance and the

comfort of the status quo that goes with it.

~Well-behaved women seldom make history~ Laurel Thatcher Ulrich

Gender is irrelevant. Well-behaved men seldom make history, either.

(But they often make preferred husbands.)

Hey ,

Here you go. I first saw it on an email from Bobbie Manning.

"If people let government decide what foods they eat and what medicines they take, their bodies will soon be in as sorry a state as are the souls of those who live under tyranny." Jefferson
