Dear colleagues,

A good artist friend of mine will

be moving to Chicago later this month. She would like to sublet her (unfurnished)

sunny, 5th floor studio apartment in Flushing for a minimum of two

years. It’s a lovely, top-notch elevator building across from a park, and

a short walk to the #7 train. She’s asking $1200. It will likely be

available by August 1st.
