It is a small device which causes a pressure as you blow out. This loosens the sputum & it is easier to cough out. It costs AUD$35 so possibly around 12 British pounds or thereabouts. I buy it mail order from Sydney. I think these devices are popular in Europe. Go into the Pari website & click on the Britian icon. Do you have any other Pari devises or nebulisers?
