Guest guest
Hi Lee, I always buy it in coles and or woolworths. It is where the tomato juice is usually. Not right where the 2 & 3 litre juices are. along a bit further, and usually on either the top or second from the top row. Tall slender cans, I think its Goulbourn Valley, but also golden circle have it too. $ between $1-60 & $1-80 here. I always get about 6-8 cans at a time, as they don,t get it in often enough, especially in the winter months, when we all need it. The big hospitals and warehouses get it. as people who haven,t control over bowels, on lots of codeine, people with spinal probs, drink it all the time, for both muscle spasms and also bowell Ask the manager of Coles I,m sure they will get it for you..I must go, will be here for a short while tomorrow. Guest guest
hi! i'm new to the group and wanted to pop in and say hello. i was diagnoised with fibro about 4 1/2 years ago. i'm 24 and i feel like i'm an old woman! i also have depression (which i've had since i was at least 7), chronic fatigue syndrom, and anxiety issues. i am controlling everything with meds and some exercise, but i'm interested in any other ways to help. i look forward to learning more. ~
