Room for Rent in my Windsor Terrace Apartment

Hi Fellow CATs,

I am currently seeking to fill the 2nd bedroom of my Winsor Terrace Apartment as

soon as April 1st for $850 +utilities

I am a hard working lady (Art Therapist) concentrated on my career right now

looking for a like minded roomie to share my space with!

The place: 1,000 square feet, beautiful turn of century details, high tin

ceilings, great natural light, large eat in kitchen, large living room & dining

room. (great for entertaining but def not a party house) Normal sized bathroom.

CLEAN top floor of a 2 family building. Landlord owned & lives downstairs (she

is a total sweet heart). The bedroom is on the smaller side and has its own

entrance in an outside hallway but we are the only people that use the hallway &

I promise its nice & not creepy. Windsor Terrace is pretty quiet but right next

to prospect park and a walk from Park Slope.
