I have never been told that ABPA, but the winter time is the worst for me too! December is my absolute worst month as I live on antibiotics at that time. Other than that, I have mild flare ups, but for the most part, I am very healthy. I am also asthmatic. Exercise is the key for me. I exercise at least 5 days a week for 45 minutes a time. My bronch has not progressed since they diagnosed it, and they believe I had for many years before the diagnosis.
