Announcing

Intermediate Level Training Programs

Due to the success of CANY's 2010 training workshops, we're excited

to announce that we will launch a new Intermediate Level Drama

Therapy Training Program this Spring. " We want to our

training workshops to help artists, therapists and educators solidify

the connection between the creative arts and healing, " said CANY

Program Director Lucy McLellan (pictured

here leading a drama therapy group).

The extraordinarily talented people who have attended past workshop

sdefinitely influenced how CANY is developing this new level of

programming.

" Based on the feedback we received from past training workshop

participants, there's clearly a demand for an intermediate level

training program. People are excited about expanding their

concrete skills and then using them to make a difference in their

clients' lives, " noted McLellan.

When asked what she enjoys most about teaching these workshops,

McLellan said, " Working with a diverse population is definitely

one of the good things about teaching. I enjoy seeing how new

professional connections are created within our workshops. "

CANY will keep its E-News Readers updated about the new training

program.

New

Year. New Website.

You'll soon see a new look to CANY's website.

" I've had a great time collaborating with the entire team at

Firespring and everyone at CANY is looking forward to the site

launch, " commented Marketing & Operations Manager

Verdi. " We're also looking forward to giving CANY's

website users a more interactive and informative experience. "

Now we need

YOUR help.

Questions about Drama Therapy, CANY groups and other topics.
