Guest guest Posted June 14, 2005 Report Share Posted June 14, 2005 to maintain health, blood should be slightly alkaline. and not too alkaline not acidic. macrobiotic is a healing for all. use kuzu or kudzu powder for ur intistinse and umeboshi plums. u can find the in healthfood stores these r very very benificial for the digestive system. they make warm tea drink from them. i'll forward to u a file how to make this tea. and eat more root veggies for ur intistens like onions and dikon or radish and also carrots and budock roots. eat dikon or radish pickels or cabbige pickels and use acidophiluse to increaze ur intistinse flora. and raw veggies ar hard for ur intistins u should at list dip them a minute or tow in hot water. it's makes it easier to diegest and less gas. saok the grains at least 5- 8 hours and cook them with little of sea salt or mail stamp size of seaweed colled combo. beens should be saoked over night too. only sppring water u should drink. read from the webs don't drink ur water.... search for this. and don't drink ur milk. worst thing people drink in the states is tab water milke and soda. umeboshi plums is pickeld plums aged for years they call it the KING OF ALKALINE AND IT'S ANTIBACTIRIAL seach about it please hope this help --------------------------------- Discover Yahoo!
