There is a " sick-o " out there who is copying pictures of children w/DS and

using it for horrible, horrible, hateful things. If anybody out there has

pictures of their kids on any public bulletin boards (such as Unomas, NADS

or Down-syn) you might want to think about removing them. Also, if you

have a webpage at babiesonline.com, you might want to temporarily take it

down or password protect it. Many of the images this sick-o is using is

from babies on-line.

From what I've been reading, the ISP for this person (Adelphia, I think)

has initiated an investigation in conjunction with the FBI. However, if

any parents find that this person has used their child's picture, it is

vitally important that they contact their local police dept. and file a

formal complaint.

If anybody wishes to see a " sample " of this person's handiwork, check out

the bulletinboard at unomas and look for posts by " amanda " . The Mod's are

trying to keep up w/removing these posts but some keep sneaking through.

Also, they have pictures on this link.

WARNING - this stuff is disturbing, but I wanted two warn you so that if

(god forbid) your child's picture is there you can take action. These

people have been very " busy " this weekend posting this horrible stuff at

the above mentioned DS websites and bulletin boards.

I'm hoping we are safe here at this group!
