Thanks Pam for responding to my email, Okay, we'll get some information on Autism and concentrate on that. We started the gluten free diet/dairy free last week and already in pee peeing in the toilet and I've heard him all alone say "mommy" and "daddy". I am now hopeful that he'll speak one day. He started getting up at 3 a.m. again and I don't know what that is about. It has been suggested that something in his diet is triggering something in the brain that causes him to wake up at these early hours of 2 or 3 a.m. Who knows!? Anyways, we'll keep you posted once he's diagnosed for certain. I am told there's an excellent class for autistic kids in our area and there's another little Down Syndrome boy in that class. Take care! The therapist was playing a game with the twins sitting in the floor. Dusty and I were watching throught the two way mirror when all of a sudden Hannah stuck her hands in something. When she turned around she was saying, "Yuk ewww Yuk" and holding her hands up and away from her face. I looked and thought Oh NO that is poop. About that time I heard the Therapist say. Ms. Houser???? > had gone all in her pull up and it had ran up her back and out into the floor. Needless to say the session was over! lol It took four of us to clean everthing and everyone up. I forgot to take extra clothes for the twins and all the way home was not happy because she didn't have her clothes on. > The other day I was in Wal-Mart. There is a very pretty young woman with DS who works there. She was stocking some frozen foods. She happened to be right in the freezer I was needing some frozen biscuits from. She ask me if I needed some help and I said yes I want some of the biscuits. She then ask me if I wanted the 12 count or the 20 count? I told her I wanted the 20. She handed them to me. I said thank you and she said you're welcome. Her speech was clear and she was very nice. I see her all the time when I am shopping but I have never spoke to her. > Seeing DS people working out in the community gives me hope for Hannah and . I know in my heart Hannah will be there one day but I am not sure about . Whatever the future brings for my little girls I'm sure it will be wonderful.> Take care,> > > > > Pam mom to identical twins Hannah (DS) and (DS-ASD) age 7, Josh 21 and Dusty 16> > > > >
