Guest guest
<<The cop who called me sided with me and assured me this in no way goes against , and is only being " filed " because their hands are tied, the parent insisted a report be made! The names of the kids aren't even mentioned, it's being reported as a " school incident " between two students and no criminal charges will be filed and it will not go on 's record.>> Hi, Everyone......what memories you have brought up from 8 years ago!!! The difference is that yours is an upset parent and Gareth's was the school district themselves!!! I can still hear the school telling me they were going to file charges against Gareth because he kicked his aide!!! The cop was sooooooooooo embarrassed when he came to our house and saw Gareth. This little, second grade kid that weighed about 50 lbs at the time!!! Guess is right up there with Gareth and Zeb........a serious criminal that the world needs to watch out for!!! A big welcome to all the newcomers...., , Karyn, Lisette....and anyone else I forgot to mention. My son, Gareth, is 16. Someone was asking about allowing stimming. I let Gareth do it to unwind after a day at school or when he's watching TV. He's not allowed to take toys to school or he wouldn't get any work done. ALSO....Gareth goes in Friday for his upper GI series (X-rays) to see about the GERD. The endoscopy is scheduled for June 15. Hopefully, it won't take all day before we can persuade him to drink the 'goop'!!! Take care, Everyone. Margaret

I've been super nuts busy. Plus, my computer was down for a bit. The goop thing is tough. To get Maddie to drink the *sleepy magic*, as I call it, I hid it in a tsp. of yogurt. I still can't figure out, WHY IN THE WORLD, in THIS DAY AND AGE, that they can't figure out how to make that *goop* taste ok....LOL Good luck on Friday Dear. I am SO busy with planning n's grad party and wouldn't you know it, Maddie is sick!!!!!!!!!! UGH, I have been able to do about NOTHING and we have 160 people here on Sunday....YIKES!!!!!!!!! Glad to hear from you and keep us posted, K? Donna

Guest guest
Hi Margaret, Prayers your way that all will go well for Gareth. Bless his heart going through so much. May there be some answers for him to enjoy being himself without any interferences of medical issues. At his rate he's probably knowledgeable as much as a doc. ; ) Boy! Will he deserve to watch the new Spiderman movie coming out soon. Take care and lots of hugs!
