PLEASE DELETE both emails completely, including emptying your Trash. It seems that I mis-understood a request to keep certain info confidential; I thought I made it clear that I was withholding names only and that any other info was ok. I will modify the documents and delete the info. I sincerely apologize to anyone who finds info included that they did not intend to be included. I feel terrible about this and certainly understand any upsets. Confidentiality is very important to me. As promised, I did not include names; but some of you may have given me information that made you identifiable even without name. If this is the case for anyone else, PLEASE let me know, so that I can apologize personally. I feel terrible about this. Folks don't want hospital names mentioned? I do want to correct my information, I sent out earlier- I wrote that have been working the past two years for a hospice agency, but I actually have 20 years experience.In compilation, you wrote that I had 2 years experience, you can see why it is important for me to clarify my level of experience, which is why a salary increase is appropriate. I'd love to talk with you sometime about your hospice experience. I have been thinking about approaching our local hospice re providing services. Thanks for your support. I was quite shaken to see how upset this individual was and to think about the misunderstanding. I wrote a long letter of apology and she wrote back her appreciation for my letter; also mentioned that she did not mean to be so reactive. I worked on the project all day. I reorganized the "At a Glance" list in 2 different ways, which makes it much easier to read; one by order of experience; the other by order of salary. When I make corrections and after seeing whether or how many other upset people there might be, I could re-submit the "At a Glance."
