Yesterday in the mail I received : Exceptional Education Resources for Teachers and Administrators by Corwin Press. Well the first books under best seller are titled: Working with Challenging Parents of Students with Special Needs. And: How to Deal With Parents Who Aware Angry, Troubled of Just Pain Crazy. Then goes on to say : Handle disgruntled parents diplomatically with help from this practical, quick read resource. I thought to myself and mentioned to my hubby I was going to write them a letter and he said yeah do that and they will include it in the advertisement for their book why a teacher would need to buy it.
