Hi All,I am looking to rent out my 350sqft studio/ office on weekends. It's based in the Chinatown/Tribeca area. I am not necessarily looking to rent the space to a therapist in private practice, but to someone within the community who is looking for a quite space to either write, design or make art. Rates are reasonable and hours negotiable. The space offers a work large bench, very large work table, computer and office table, seated area, a sink and storage.
